Business Affiliates must meet following requirements

Make a security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- interest free with Version-Next for the period of relationship.

Business Affiliates is responsible to market, advertise and otherwise solicit customer for Version-Next

Shall act as inter mediary between Version-Next and customer to process complaints, answer questions, and to assist customer during term of its contract with reseller.

The Authorized Business Affiliates shall meet up with the monthly targets of business as set up by Version-Next depending upon the territory and area.
Business Affiliates will get following benefits

Automatic discounts on all the services provided by Version-Next .

The reseller shall be entitled to use the logo and style and name of Version-Next on its letterheads, cards, and websites.

Reseller shall also have link with website of Version-Next

The reseller shall also be a part of Co-branded advertising campaign local and national of Version-Next.

There will be maximum two Authorized Business Affiliates in any particular territory
Apart from these Version-Next will be announcing incentives to all its reseller from time to time based on performance
